RetirePlot is an independent, single-purpose calculator site: retirement planning math, done honestly.

What we do

We publish a dozen free retirement calculators that share one year-by-year simulation engine. The same engine powers the calculators, the worked examples in our guides, and the sample numbers on the home page — any two numbers on this site reconcile against each other. Every assumption behind every result is listed on the page, with its source, and every input is yours to change.

Who writes this

Every calculator and guide is written and checked by a single editor working under the editorial policy — numbers come from code, not prose. The author also writes at javaeye.dev, and you can read more about the author here.

How we are funded

RetirePlot is supported by display advertising. We do not sell leads, we do not broker financial products, and no result is ever gated, emailed, or held for ransom. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.
